End User License Agreement
1. Scope
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of Block67 game software, related content, and updates published by Estoty SIA.
2. Eligibility
You should be at least 16 years old, or any higher age required by the laws of your country of residence, to independently accept this EULA. If you are below the required age, a parent or legal guardian should review and accept this EULA on your behalf.
3. License
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and any platform terms that apply to your purchase or download, Estoty SIA grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Block67 for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
4. Restrictions
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit the game except where applicable law expressly allows it. You may not use cheats, bots, automation, mods, hacks, or other unauthorized tools that interfere with the intended operation of the game.
5. Ownership
The game and all associated intellectual property, including software, visuals, audio, logos, text, and other content, remain the property of Estoty SIA or its licensors. This EULA gives you a license to use the game, not ownership of the game itself.
6. Updates and Online Features
We may provide patches, updates, balance changes, and online functionality from time to time. We do not guarantee that any specific feature, online mode, or content will remain available indefinitely.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the game or its online features if we reasonably believe that you have violated this EULA, applicable platform rules, or engaged in unlawful or abusive conduct affecting the game or other players.
8. Disclaimer
The game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the game will meet every expectation or be available on every device or in every territory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estoty SIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.
10. Platform Terms
If you access or purchase Block67 through a third-party platform, including Steam, your use of that platform remains subject to its own rules, terms, and policies.
11. Applicable Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
12. Changes to This EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
